Why would anyone want to become an entrepreneur? The answer is simply…there are only two ways to make something big happen, financially. The first is through developing economic freedom, and the second is through leveraging your choices. Successful people tell us that it does not matter how much you make, it matters most how much you keep; and most of the Americans who have built TRUE wealth have done it through owning their own business, and investing by in real estate.

Building A Legacy

The difference between being rich versus being wealthy is not about having money… it’s about marketing, networking, and building a legacy. Money and capital are as easy to come by and easy to lose; wealth is not like that. What one does with money is what separates the rich from the wealthy. The wealthy achieve the power to give…to be a person of influence and to be a mentor to the willing. The wealthy have real estate in their portfolios because positive passive income or cash flow is the shortest path to retirement. Money has power; it can either destroy or build. If it builds, and builds for longevity, it creates legacy.

The Forbes 400 richest list is made up exclusively of business owners and entrepreneurs. Their success has come from owning their own business, marketing, networking, keeping most of what they make, and providing value to the masses. In their lifetime at one point or another, someone mentored them, and they in turn will mentor someone else. Success with wealth has provided them with the time to do what they want, how they want and most importantly, when they want. Everyone has a network which their net worth is tied to; so leverage the people you surround yourself with via marketing and networking. Finally with the real estate which is readily available in the current economic climate, you can become a business owner and empower yourself and others!
